NSFW ・ Absolutely no NSFW (not safe for work) art. This includes suggestive faces, fetish mining (inflation, vore etc), and sexual nudity. If you're unsure if what you want drawn is NSFW, just show tell me and I will decide.

AI / TRAINING AI ・ Any use of my art being used to train an AI (writing, voice, and art), I do not under any circumstances consent to my art being used for that, and it will be considered a form of theft and harassment.

VIOLENCE ・ Gore is allowed so long as it is not asked to be realistic, or used in a sexual or fetishy way. Scars, bruises, and death scenes are allowed so long as they're not too grotesque.

DISCRIMINATION ・ I will not draw anything discriminatory towards ANYBODY, including but not limited to: trans/queer identities, race, cultures, and religion. This includes blatant ableism.

SHIPS (blank x blank) ・ Ship art is allowed (including selfships), so long as it is appropriate. Requests to draw anything minor x adult, incest, and/or real-life people (unless they are ACTUALLY DATING) is prohibited, and if you're a proshipper, unpolitely fuck off.

For comfort, the host will not be drawing any selfship art (excluding platonic) that includes Pacesetter, unless you're a close friend.

NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) ・ I do not care if you paid for the art already, I do not condone the usage of any art of mine to be used for NFTs or anything relating to cryptocurrency. I will not hesitate to take legal action.

USAGE ・ Any other usage that is not for NFTs or cryptocurrency is allowed so long as I am properly credited! This also goes for any adoptables/customs you have bought from me.

SPECIFY ・ Please make sure you have a relatively clean refsheet of the character you want drawn! It cannot be overly detailed, or I may end up simplifying it. Sketchy refsheets are allowed, but it must have a colour palette available, if not, at least a flat-coloured character or references attached from places like Pinterest. Specific poses must also be specified or I will draw what I see fit for the character given. Said poses must also have an image associated with it, since I have a LOT of trouble determining a pose by description alone due to aphantasia.

REFUNDS ・ All sales are FINAL after the final sketch. Under certain circumstances (in case something goes wrong during the transaction) I will make exceptions and give a refund if I see fit.

RECEIVING ART ・ My turnaround is at most a week. I will let you know if it needs to take longer due to personal problems. Due to the way some apps degrade the drawing quality, I may ask to send the finished product to your email (if you have one.) However, this isn't mandatory; I typically will send the art through Discord.

SHARING ・ By commissioning me you are agreeing to me sharing the art piece on my various socials. I may charge an extra fee for keeping it private, sorry! This is how I advertise my commissions!

THE ART ・ My art style has a tendency to fluctuate and change a lot, so the final product may be different or change a bit, especially if it takes a long while to create. And please do not ask to change the entire drawing (e.g the poses, colours) after the final sketch.
